As the service provider to millions of taxpayers, the IRS must ensure that all taxpayers can find and use the tools provided to them. The Office of Online Services needs a digital agency with a strong background in user experience, customer research, and user interface design to achieve its digital transformation goals.

Solution

BLN24 provides the IRS Office of Online Services with research, design, and prototyping activities. The services provided by the partnership include, but are not limited to:

Leading the definition of user experience (UX) throughout the product lifecycle
Developing and presenting design ideas, designing user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces
Defining the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features
Gauging the usability of new and existing products to make constructive suggestions for change

BLN24 provides OLS with the necessary expertise, knowledge, and skills to improve its digital services. Our partnership has made it easier for taxpayers to find and use the tools provided by the IRS, achieving the agency's digital transformation goals.
